- 04Building permit applicationPermit application, verifications and support throughout the approval process.
- 05Detailed designWorking and detail drawings the site is actually built from.
- 06Preparation of contract awardBills of quantities, quantities and schedule – tendering with NOVA-AVA.
- 07Support of contract awardObtaining, reviewing and comparing bids, award recommendation.
- 08Site supervisionSite management on location: quality, costs, deadlines, handovers, documentation.
- 09Project supervisionDefect tracking and support after handover.
