TASKS • Supporting work across all service phases • Relieving the project management by taking on drawing and detailing tasks • Handling design adjustments and the small everyday project tasks • Contributing to scheduling, drawing and coordination processes • Independent handling of clearly defined sub-tasks and design packages • Preparing and following up meetings with clients, specialist planners and authorities • Deputising for the project management with decision-making authority within agreed limits • Contact person for project partners when the project management is absent • Quality assurance within the design work • Close cooperation with project management and team PROFILE • Degree in architecture • Several years of professional experience in project work (architecture practice) • Good knowledge of HOAI and common design processes • Confident use of ArchiCAD • Structured, reliable and self-reliant way of working • Ability to set priorities and find pragmatic solutions • Strong communication skills and team spirit • Confident manner in order to represent projects on behalf of the project management WHAT WE OFFER • EUR 45,000 to 55,000 gross annual salary • Permanent full-time position (part-time possible by arrangement) • Varied projects with clear responsibilities • Direct cooperation with experienced project managers • Very pleasant, collegial office atmosphere • Modern, high-quality offices • Very good public transport connections • Shops and restaurants for the lunch break in the immediate vicinity • Fair, market-appropriate pay depending on experience and responsibility
